This year's theme is all about "Making digital transformation real". NTS Retail once again takes part in two catalysts programs, showcasing innovative proof-of-concept solutions to real business problems:
APPEX Omnichannel
‘APPEX’ stands for Adaptive Predictive Personalized Experience eXcellence, a concept by which customers are to be provided a perfect, situation-adequate experience that has been personalized as much as possible by means of a suitable approach. The objective of this program is the creation of an omni-channel solution environment in which the customer experience can be enhanced across all channels.
The Digital and Interactive One-Stop Shop
Leveraging TM Forum Open APIs, this Catalyst program looks to make the processes in the stores faster and more secure in order to improve customer experience. To achieve this, it is important not to switch between different systems to perform several tasks (e.g., saving a customer's details, verifying their identity and credit worthiness, signing/saving contracts, etc.).
