NTS New Systems Technology GmbH officially presented the latest release of their worldwide established retail management solution, NTSwincash. The new version 12 excels through numerous enhancements and extensions.
The new core component of the NTSwincash retail suite is the NTSwincash retail hub, a universal service platform allowing cross-channel use of services and functional modules. "NTSwincash retail hub links the online shop with the outlets and mobile sales systems with stationary points of sale, and so all customer touch-points with the retail backend of our customers, jut omni channel retail" explains Günther Schrammel, NTS CEO.
The NTSwincash portfolio has been complemented by the mobile sales assistant module "NTSwincash sales consultant". This mobile and intuitive tablet PC-based sales module will make quality of sales assistance and efficiency in the shop grow even stronger.
NTSwincash repairmanager has been fully refurbished. This repair handling web application fully integrated into the NTSwincash retail suite supports comprehensive visualisation of the complete repair process in technically oriented retail businesses.
Amongst others the promotion handling functionality has been expanded in the NTSwincash POS module. "New functions including flexible discount granting, gift certificate management and manual completions of the existing promotions make future campaigns even more targeted hence contributing to further turnover increases" explains Günther Schrammel. The article display has been reworked in NTSwincash sales consultant to furthermore enhance the quality of sales assistance; articles can be compared, registered using barcode scan and integrated into the sales transaction through interaction with NTSwincash sales.
New enhancements of this version cover amongst others support of digital signatures, numerous additional configuration settings allowing GUI customization and stocktake enhancements as well as an expansion of standard interfaces.
"The twelfth NTSwincash generation has been developed to reflect the requirements of our customers while staying in line with our roadmap. Varied experience collected in past customer projects has also affected its development. NTSwincash version 12 not only offers new comprehensive functions but has become even more user-friendly and efficient in comparison to its predecessors" elaborates Günther Schrammel.
