Johannes Stürzlinger (32) has recently taken on his new position as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at the Upper Austrian software expert NTS Retail from Leonding. Together with owner Günther Schrammel, he is part of the Executive Board of the leading specialist for retail management and store solutions. This step provides the basis for the company’s further growth and technical evolution of its worldwide successful software platform.

Born in Upper Austria, Johannes Stürzlinger has been working at NTS Retail since 2004. Over the course of his career, he has taken on several different corporate roles in the Development and Project Management Departments. Stürzlinger completed his studies of Business Informatics at the Vienna University of Technology with honors. Afterwards he decided to round off his education with an exchange semester at the City University of New York as well as an IPMA Level B Senior Project Manager Certification program. In his function as CTO, his responsibilities lie in the areas of Development & Quality Assurance, Product Management, IT, Customer Support and Project Management. In his spare time, he loves to travel and getting to know foreign cultures. Apart from that, Stürzlinger is also a passionate sportsman.
