New case study: e& UAE leverages the full flexibility of NTS Retail’s solution
It is with great pride that we can present a new case study, showcasing the cooperation with our customer e& UAE in the United Arab Emirates. NTS Retail and e& UAE have a long and successful shared history to look back on. Over the years, the two companies have introduced several key innovations to the operator’s stores.
The most current initiative revolved around the introduction of the NTS commerce platform as the transactional core for all operational processes in the e& UAE shops. With the new solution in place, e& UAE benefits from a higher degree of flexibility while running their retail operations.
The customer: the leading operator in the UAE
e& UAE embodies the telecom arm of e& in the country, headquartered in Abu Dhabi and serving 14 million subscribers and over 300,000 large, medium, and small enterprise and government customers.
With the NTS commerce platform at its core, all operational processes in the e& UAE shops are now conducted using the web-based checkout solution NTS pos. NTS logistics is the second key application out of the NTS Retail Suite, which has been in use from the beginning to map e& UAE's complex logistics and inventory management processes.
