Swisscom has been successfully using the NTS repairmanager since 2011. The web application enables the telco operator to centrally manage repairs by documenting all relevant details and repair stages while automating the repair handling processes in Swisscom’s many shops.
Now the repairmanager user interface has been further optimized, which allows Swisscom’s employees to leave computer mouse and keyboard aside and instead efficiently operate the software via simple touch gestures. Thanks to the system’s implemented scalability, the solution is able to run on various different tablet devices.
With the latest version of the NTS repairmanger, the Austrian retail specialist provides yet another opportunity for switching to web-based modules by NTS Retail.
