Team Lead Key Account Management

Our vision is to retain our position as the number one telco retail solutions provider in our core markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, while also expanding our presence beyond. To support us on our mission, we are looking for a passionate team leader for our key account team with a strong sales track record and B2B experience.

 

Your responsibilities

You will be a key player in our sales team, leading a team of three dedicated key account managers. In close cooperation with our highly skilled pre-sales specialists, you will oversee the continued nurturing and growth of our high-profile international key accounts. You are an experienced sales professional within the telco industry and have already successfully led a team. As a professional, you excel at managing multiple as well as at continuously mentoring your team.

You are reporting directly to management and are in charge of the following tasks:

  • Managing multiple accounts at leading international companies within the telco industry
  • Coordinating and executing sales campaigns geared to the needs of our existing customers
  • Responding to RFIs & RFQs in company-wide cooperation
  • Organizing and carrying out presentations and workshops for customers
  • Overseeing the knowledge transfer from customer feedback and acquisitions to our product management department
  • Negotiate offers and contracts

 

Your professional profile

  • University degree (FH/HTL)
  • Experience in conducting complex bidding and tendering processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ)
  • Profound knowledge of and experience in industries like telecom, retail, commerce or IT integration
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in sales in a B2B setting
  • Leadership experience and excellent people skills
  • Technical background is a plus
  • Working experience in project management is a plus
  • Business development expertise in the field of enterprise business software
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German (and French or Spanish)
  • Willingness to travel (50%) to our international customers – from Norway to New Zealand

For this position, the designated salary amounts to 4114€  per month with additional performance-based bonuses and the option of using a company car. Naturally, we offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
