Senior Sales Manager

Our vision is to become the number-one telco retail solution provider in our core markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and expand our presence way beyond. We are looking for a passionate senior sales manager with a suitable sales track record to support us on our mission.

Your responsibilities

You will be a key player in our sales team. In close cooperation with our highly skilled and motivated pre-sales specialists, you will manage the entire sales process and win new customers for NTS Retail.

Perfectly supported by our back office team you will:

  • coordinate sales campaigns together with our teams
  • profile target customers and generate leads
  • represent NTS Retail and generate leads at conferences in all our target markets
  • coordinate and account for RFIs & RFQs
  • conduct customer presentations and workshops
  • negotiate contracts

Your professional profile

  • University graduation (FH/HTL)
  • Experience in conducting complex bidding and tendering processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ)
  • Profound knowledge of and experience in the telecom retail IT industry
  • Business development expertise in the field of enterprise business software
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German (and French or Spanish)
  • Willingness to travel a lot within our target markets: Europe, the Middle East, Africa and other regions.

For this position, the designated annual salary amounts to 60.000€  with additional performance-based bonuses and the option of using a company car. Naturally, we offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
