NTS Retail at EuroCIS 2019

Presenting smart queue management and self-service retail solutions

EuroCIS in Düsseldorf (19 – 21 February, 2019) is the leading trade fair for retail technology. In cooperation with our partner Pyramid Computer, we look forward to presenting two new self-service solutions live at the booth.

Both interactive self-service solutions have been specifically designed to optimize queue management and service handling in consultancy-intensive sales environments and offer following benefits:

  • avoid waiting times and abolish long queues in the shop 
  • make your customers feel welcome 
  • reduce the workload of your shop employees
  • generate more sales by using cross- and up-selling opportunities
  • make use of customer and performance data

NTS welcome manager is a highly sophisticated queue management solution for retail stores. Customers can select a consultation topic at the kiosk, enter their name and take a picture, if desired. Thus, sales consultants can quickly identify the customer and prepare for the consultation in advance. Small „tokens“ in the shape and size of a puck are issued right at the kiosk and start vibrating as soon as it is the customer's turn. Additionally, our solution offers an automatic SMS notification feature which allows customers to efficiently bridge their waiting times.

NTS self-service offers a wide range of functionalities which are specifically used by technical retailers such as telecom providers. Customers can self-dependently perform eTopUps, pay bills or purchase credit vouchers directly at the kiosk. In addition, the solution also provides a SIM card dispenser. By scanning ID documents, contracts can be processed entirely automatically, even outside of regular opening hours or at highly frequented locations such as train stations or airports.
